Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum), a mushroom called "Ling Zhi", is a vitality elixir and powerful adaptogen in Chinese traditional medicine. It is one of the most studied functional mushrooms and its scientific research is still ongoing.
Directions for use: adults 2 ml (3 pipettes) once daily.
The best way to enjoy the extract is to drip it directly from the pipette onto your tongue, but it can also be added to your favourite drinks such as coffee, tea or smoothies.
Not recommended for children under 12 years of age, pregnant women or breastfeeding.
